As a shop owner in Germany, I feel obligated to share my incredibly frustrating experience with Toanoi Jewelry in the hope that others will avoid the same fate.
Initially, when I placed an order, their customer service was friendly and helpful. However, the situation changed drastically when my order faced multiple delays. Each time, I received unacceptable excuses, and eventually, the delay stretched to over two months.
When I requested a refund due to these ongoing delays, they stopped responding entirely. After some time, they sent me a screen print claiming to show a wire transfer back to my account. Unfortunately, this turned out to be fake, and I never received the refund.
To make matters worse, when I tried to contact them by phone, they blocked my number. I know this because I attempted to call from a different phone number, and the call connected immediately.
I’m left with no other option but to warn others to be extremely Toanoi Jewelry cautious when dealing with Toanoi Jewelry. What started as a smooth interaction turned into a nightmare that’s still unresolved. Please learn from my experience and think twice before doing business with them.
